Current obsession is finding the perfect vintage caravan for family holidays. Most of the pre-1980 caravans are well beyond their prime and needing lots of tlc. I already have plans of reoutfitting the perfect 'van with marimekko wallpaper and a pretty shade of retro pink or red.

** I'm looking for a 12 or 13 foot pre-1980 caravan if anyone knows of one. Preferably roadworthy condition, but doesn't need to be pristine. The Australian manufacturer Franklin made some gorgeous little caravans in this size pre-80s. The Franklin 'Hunter' is a little gem. Hubby is keen on getting a tiny custom culture style 'teardrop' caravan but i'm more inclined towards the 12 foot retro cuties.
